To ensure effective quality management, our quality function is systematically divided into Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
The Quality Assurance function focuses on process planning, preventive measures, documentation, and implementation of quality standards before and during production. This includes quality planning for new products, process validation, and compliance monitoring across all manufacturing stages.
The Quality Control function supports QA by conducting regular inspections, measurements, and testing to ensure products conform to defined specifications.

Inspection, Calibration & Testing Facilities

Meen Exports maintains a dedicated inspection and measurement system supported by calibrated instruments and controlled procedures. All measuring tools and gauges are periodically inspected and calibrated to ensure accuracy and reliability during use. This structured control helps maintain consistency in dimensional accuracy and product performance.

Training & Continuous Improvement

Regular training programs are conducted for operators, supervisors, and management staff to strengthen quality awareness and operational discipline. These programs focus on modern manufacturing and quality improvement practices, including workplace organization, defect prevention, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Our facility remains audit-ready at all times and supports internal and customer quality assessments without operational disruption.

Quality Certification & Control Stages

Meen Exports follows an ISO 9001–compliant quality management system, reinforcing our commitment to standardized processes and continual improvement.

Quality checks are performed at multiple stages:

  • Incoming Inspection – Raw material verification

  • In-Process Inspection – Monitoring during manufacturing

  • Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) – Final verification before delivery

All quality records are maintained systematically to ensure traceability and accountability.
